All sales are final at Dig Supply. We only accept returns if an item is proven to be fake or significantly not as described. To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos and an explanation. Items must be in original condition, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, shipping delays, or change of mind.
When will i receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and what shipping rate you choose at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
